Design Stage Energy Ratings
This is the ideal time to get an energy rating. Before you begin to build that new home or extension check that it meets the current building regulations with regard to energy loss, and find out how its energy efficiency can be improved.
This is also by far the most economical time to look at your proposed developments energy use. Any changes made at this stage can generally be implemented far cheaper than any retrofitting. At times changes can be made at zero additional cost during construction, yet yielding savings to you for the life of the structure, well worth considering.
Any new build home, and certain extensions will require a BER following
completion. We offer a discounted BER service on those properties where we have
previously completed a design stage assessment.
