Our independent advisory services are tailored to help you attain the best possible energy efficiency for your home. We will survey you property, ascertain your current energy rating and show you, in detail, step-by-step how you can attain a better rating.
All elements including walls, roofs, floors, windows and doors are surveyed and detailed with regard to dimensions, current levels of insulation and energy efficiency. All areas are detailed in accordance with the methodology developed by Sustainable Energy Ireland. Domestic hot water, space heating and ventilation are also fully covered and recommendations given with regards to the most efficient systems available. We also provide technical details with regard to recommended materials, suppliers and installation advice.
In addition to the above details, our reports also contain energy usage details for existing dwellings in their current state along with step by step detailed analysis of energy usage, CO2 emissions and most importantly, reducing energy costs following the recommended remedial works. All details are based on current unit energy prices and standing charges.
A BER certificate may optionally be issued at the same time as a full audit. The additional fee is €30
